Last year, I was unhappy with my health and I started seeing a Naturapath but that was helping slightly and then decided to start working out at a gym. I started with a personal trainer who I absolutely hated but she got me on start. I feel great. I have alot more energy and I pay close attention to what I eat. It is amazing, how much bad food is out there

changed my lifestyle drastically a few years back and dropped nearly 75 pounds! Put 20 'good ones' back on, but am happier, healthier, and hitting the gym to keep it up and off!

I got serious about my health and lost 30 pounds in order to help recover from a freak-neurological disorder. AND I gained back over 30% of the vision I had lost! Serious business. Took lots of discipline with food and exercise to get there.

I've decided to take as many chances as I could because I've realized life is short. Instead of going to the college/program my mom pushed me into, I'm now in Film school. I'm working on getting over my fear of heights, last year I actually made it up the CN tower which was a HUGE milestone for me. And this summer I'll be doing a work program in Thailand! I'm so stoked.

About twenty years ago , I was sweeping leaves and suddeningly my back hurt with great pain. This just told me to exercise and stay physically fit with an exercise regime

A few years ago, my dad had a heart attack. He was overweight and I was getting overweight as well. I was worried that I was headed in the path as he was, so I changed my diet and started running everyday. Now, I am in great health. Thanks for this awesome contest Sean!

I decided to take the plunge and apply to the summer camp in Canada. I got the job (june 2011) and I'm still in Canada 9 months later, still working for the Camp! It was a fantastic decision as I was stuck in a rut in Sydney, Aus.

I joined a gym many years ago and used to walk up/down 14 flights of stairs 4 times/week! I recommend that everyone join a gym or do some sort of cardio/physical activity 3-4 times/week! :)

I spent the summer swimming every day and lost a lot of weight and got a great tan too
